I have a DJI Phantom Pro4 and need to get the hand controllers battery replaced. I purchased a new battery but thought it was best for someone to replace it professionally and then also just go over the unit to make sure all is good

Send the controller in under the free drone diagnostic and include the battery, noting it in the order. We can usually install customer-supplied parts, though we can't warranty a part we didn't supply. We'll go over the unit, report back and quote before any work.
