Q: Hello, I have a 3rd generation iPod model # A1318 that needs a battery replacement. It will only charge around 5%. Not enough to power up and back up. The reason I want to get this working is it has all my classic music on it. This is the only devise that has this music. If I send to you for repair, will you be able to back up music before you replace battery? When you send it back to me, will it have the music on it?
