Q: Hello, I dropped my Surface pro 7 device and the screen cracked. The touch screen still works however I would like to replace the screen with a new one. I currently live in Saudi Arabia, so I would like to know if it would be possible to replace the screen through you and how long would the process take. Additionally, please provide me the details of the fees along with any relevant shipping and handling process. Regards
