That's the right page. Add the glass repair to your cart and check out ($149.99 as of today); the prepaid shipping label is emailed to you after the order goes through. Ship the iPad, we repair it and ship it back, usually 3 to 5 business days after arrival. If the label doesn't show up, email support@ifixyouri.com with your order number.
