Q: Hello, do you guys do repairs for the iPod Touch. I have a 4th gen iPod touch that I got for Christmas back in 2011, but I haven't been able to unlock the lock screen for years now. It budges, then resets. I have some old recordings and memories that I would like to access again. I just want to make sure that this service is offered before I pay and ship my device.
