Q: Good Morning. My name is Rosen Balabanov and I live in Canada. I would like to send my iPhone 6 to your company but I was not able to find how exactly to ship it to you from my country. Please: 1.If possible,could you let me know if there is any way to ship my phone to you? 2.Short description: My iPhone6 was in the washing machine for a full cycle.There was a LifeProof Cover. Unfortunately,the charging port was open and some water went inside.As of now,the screen is not broken,but I can not use the touch screen to open the phone with my password.Otherwise everything seems to work fine(the sounds,the charging signs,turning off the phone manually with the buttons). 3.Is it possible for you to take a look,maybe try to fix it,if possible.I will give you my password as well. 4.In my iPhone 6 I have some short videos in my photos/videos folder.Some contact numbers,as well. Maybe you can try and retrieve them,if possible,before resetting the phone or if the phone is not in reparable condition.
