Q: Good afternoon: Your AI assistant reported that you can replace the battery on my ipod 3rd gen classic mini. However, this device is not listed on your site. How do I set up the repair, please? Ps: The AI agent is pretty good but isn't quite equipped with the information it needs. For instance, it doesn't have the email and phone to call for more information. I can't see to copy and paste that here because your system doesn't allow that, but it is the case! TY
