Q: Does the price include keyboard issues? My 2017 Air seems to be working fine except for the keyboard (a small amount of coffee was spilled on it). Of course I'd like the whole computer checked over. Thanks. Scott

The price covers our basic water damage repair service, which often does the trick. However, if the technicians complete the water damage repair service and determine that your keyboard needs replacement in order for it to be functional again, they would quote you for that repair separately. Your approval would be required before proceeding.
