Q: Do you think it's worth sending the iPad if prior to dying, the iPad was extremely hot to the touch? If the iPad is un-salvagable b/c of water damage, what's the range I could expect with selling the parts to your company? The glass and casing are in amazing shape. Please let me know. Thank you!

Hi Sergio, for water damage repairs, we don't charge a fee if we can't recover your data. So please send your device in and let our techs take a look at it. As far as reselling value, we would have to see it first, but keep in mind that even if the glass and housing are in amazing shape, they are still affected by the water damage. You can check our Sell My Device page from the main menu to get an estimate on your device's current value.
