Q: Do you guys troubleshoot and make sure the laptop is in working condition before sending it back out?

Hi. All devices leaving our stores or warehouse undergo outgoing testing to make sure we did everything we could to solve whatever issues they had upon coming to the store. If your device was not recoverable, a technician will let you know what happened and what your options may be. Typically you can leave the device with us for recycling or have it sent back as-is to you (wherein you will be responsible for shipping costs).
