Hi Tommy, we do have multiple walk-in locations currently in Florida and Massachusetts. They are listed on our locations page which can be found in the top navigation menu. Alternatively, you can mail the device to our warehouse by choosing any water damage or diagnostic service on our website. Standard shipping and $100 insurance is included, but you can choose faster shipping or additional insurance for an extra cost.
