If you've deduced that the charger cable and charging block is not the issue, please send the device in for a diagnostic. Third-party charging equipment can sometimes cause problems. Charging ports can be replaced but we'd like to diagnose the device as sometimes charging port issues can also be related to logic board damage. We'd request that you send or bring the device in.
