Order the battery replacement on this page ($89.99 as of today) and we email a prepaid shipping label with the address on it; your order number is your reference, so put it in the box. Turnaround is usually 3 to 5 business days after arrival. If you've already ordered and didn't get a label, email support@ifixyouri.com with the order number.
