Q: 1. Are you able to fix units that do not power on at all? We have used different power adapters, tried the various "button" methods and nothing works. It is likely a hardware component. There is no physical damage to a couple of them, they just don't power on at all. 2. Do you offer SSD replacement? 3. Also I'd like to know what exactly is meant by the 90 day warranty? If for example we needed a cracked screen replaced and when we get the machine back if something on the screen doesn't work or the unit doesn't boot up into windows, do we get a full refund? I'd like to see the terms of your warranty. I have several Microsoft Surface devices that need various repairs. Thanks, Chris Brendel

Hello Chris, we are able to fix units that do not power on at all, however we would have to take a look at them first, and we will reach out to you with a repair quote after they go through our diagnosis. We do offer SSD replacement. And the 90 Day Warranty means that the part we changed is covered by our 90 Day Warranty.
