Q: battery connector came off when attempting to replace battery. Is this a repair you can make and what would be the cost. I have the new battery for it along with the connector that came off.

Send it under the free 5th gen Classic diagnostic and include the battery and connector, noted in the order; we can usually install customer parts but can't warranty them.
