Q: Ipod click wheel 20GB.. Battery dead. Keep getting contact apple support( which is no longer!!) so plugged it into my iMac and the battery shows up on screen but not moving as if charging. only about 1/4 charge on it. I assume the battery. I love this thing and was a gift. Need it fixed?
