Q: I dropped my Surface Pro 6 and the screen cracked. It looks like its still working. How do I know if only the screen is broken or if the LCD is broken?

If the picture is clear and touch works, it is usually glass only; lines, dark patches or a blank display mean the LCD. Surface Pro 6 glass repair is currently $209.99. If we find the LCD is damaged once it is open, we quote that before doing more.
